These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of Savora's services, including our website at eayaya.com, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by: • These Terms of Service • Our Privacy Policy • Cookie Policy • Community Guidelines PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS. These govern how disputes will be addressed between you and Savora, including arbitration agreement and class action waiver.

Account Eligibility

You represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years old • You are legally able to enter into a binding contract • You are a Costco member in good standing • You have valid Costco receipts for processing • You are not located in a sanctioned country • You have not been previously banned from our Services • You will maintain only one account • You are not prohibited by law from using our Services • All information you provide is accurate and truthful

Service Description

Savora provides the following services: Costco Receipt Processing: • OCR technology to extract purchase data from receipts • Price tracking for purchased items • 30-day price change monitoring • Refund opportunity notifications Price Adjustment Assistance: • Information about Costco's price adjustment policy • Guidance on refund request processes • Tracking of refund success rates • Historical price data analysis We do not: • Process refunds directly with Costco • Guarantee refund approval • Access Costco's internal systems • Provide legal or financial advice

Receipt Upload & Processing

By uploading receipts, you agree to: Receipt Ownership: • You own or have permission to use the receipt • Receipt is from a legitimate Costco purchase • Receipt is clear and readable • Receipt is not altered or falsified Processing Terms: • We may use OCR technology to extract data • Receipt images are deleted after processing • Extracted data is used for price tracking only • We do not share receipt images with third parties Data Accuracy: • OCR processing may not be 100% accurate • You are responsible for reviewing extracted data • You may edit or correct extracted information • We are not liable for OCR processing errors

Data & Privacy

Your data protection rights: Data Collection: • Email address for account creation • Receipt images for OCR processing • Purchase data for price tracking • Usage analytics for service improvement Data Protection: • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest • Receipt images are deleted after processing • Personal information is not shared with third parties • You can delete your account and all data at any time Privacy Rights: • Access your personal data • Request data correction • Delete your account • Export your data • Object to processing

Price Tracking & Refunds

Our price tracking service: Service Scope: • Monitor prices for items you've purchased • Notify you of price drops within 30 days • Provide information about Costco's price adjustment policy • Track your refund request success rates Limitations: • We cannot guarantee refund approval • Costco's policies may change • Price data may not be real-time • We are not responsible for Costco's decisions User Responsibilities: • Submit refund requests to Costco directly • Provide accurate receipt information • Follow Costco's refund procedures • Maintain Costco membership in good standing

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account: • For violations of these Terms • For uploading fake or altered receipts • For inappropriate behavior • To prevent fraud or abuse • To comply with law • For any other reason we deem necessary Upon termination: • Your profile will be removed • All data will be permanently deleted • Receipt images will be removed • Price tracking will stop • No refunds for unused services

Disclaimers & Limitations

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • Services provided "AS IS" without warranties • We are not responsible for Costco's policies or decisions • Maximum liability limited to the greater of $100 or amounts paid in last 12 months • No liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages • No guarantee of service availability or accuracy • Not responsible for third-party content or services • OCR accuracy is not guaranteed • Price data may be delayed or inaccurate Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.

Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Canadian law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from: • Your use of the Services • Your receipt uploads • Your interactions with Costco • Violations of these Terms • Violations of third-party rights • False or fraudulent refund requests

Dispute Resolution

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. • Informal Resolution First: Before filing a claim, you agree to send a detailed notice to us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days. • Arbitration Agreement: Except for certain claims, all disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. • Class Action Waiver: You waive rights to participate in class actions. • Small Claims Exception: Claims eligible for small claims court may be brought there. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: • Upload fake, altered, or fraudulent receipts • Attempt to defraud Costco or other users • Use the service for illegal purposes • Share account credentials with others • Attempt to reverse engineer our technology • Interfere with service operations • Submit false refund requests • Violate Costco's terms of service • Use automated tools to access our services • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Receipt Guidelines

When uploading receipts, you must: Receipt Requirements: • Clear, readable images • Complete receipt information • Legitimate Costco purchases only • Recent purchases (within 30 days) • Your own purchases only Prohibited Receipts: • Fake or altered receipts • Receipts from other stores • Receipts not in your name • Receipts older than 30 days • Receipts for non-returnable items • Receipts for services (not products) Image Quality: • Good lighting and focus • Complete receipt visible • No blur or obstruction • Original receipt (not photocopies)

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: Account Security: • Keeping your login credentials secure • Not sharing your account with others • Reporting suspicious activity • Maintaining accurate account information Receipt Accuracy: • Ensuring receipts are legitimate • Verifying extracted data accuracy • Correcting any OCR errors • Providing complete receipt information Costco Compliance: • Following Costco's policies • Submitting legitimate refund requests • Maintaining Costco membership • Complying with Costco's terms of service Legal Compliance: • Following all applicable laws • Not engaging in fraud • Respecting intellectual property rights • Not misusing our services

Data & Content Rights

Your Content: When you upload receipts and use our Services, you grant us a limited license to: • Process receipt images for OCR • Store extracted purchase data • Use data for price tracking • Analyze data for service improvement • Generate aggregated analytics Our Content: All other content, including trademarks, logos, graphics, and intellectual property, is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other laws. Data Ownership: • You retain ownership of your receipt images • We own the extracted and processed data • You can export your data at any time • We delete data upon account deletion
