including our website at eayaya.com, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by:

PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS. These govern how disputes will be addressed
between you and Bliss, including arbitration agreement and class action waiver.
Account Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally able to enter into a binding contract
• You are not a convicted felon or registered sex offender
• You are not on any government prohibited persons list
• You are not located in a sanctioned country
• You have not been previously banned from our Services
• You will maintain only one account
• You are not prohibited by law from using our Services
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
Content Rights & Licenses
Your Content: When you create content on our Services, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual,
transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce,
adapt, edit, publish, and distribute your content.
Our Content: All other content, including trademarks, logos, graphics, and intellectual property,
is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other laws.
Member Content: You may only use other members' content for personal, non-commercial communication
within our Services. Misuse of member content may result in account termination.
Safety & Security
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
While we strive to maintain a safe platform, we cannot guarantee:
• The identity or intentions of users
• The accuracy of user information
• The conduct of users on or off the platform
• The security of your data with 100% certainty
Always use caution when interacting with others and follow our Safety Guidelines.
Communications through our Service may result from users with improper purposes,
including fraud, abuse, or harassment.
Purchases & Subscriptions
Subscriptions and Purchases:
• Automatically renew until cancelled
• Must be cancelled through your External Service (Apple/Google) if purchased there
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
California subscribers may cancel within three business days without penalty.
Refund requests:
• Apple ID purchases: Request through Apple
• Google Play purchases: Request through Google
• Other purchases: Contact our customer service
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account:
• For violations of these Terms
• For inappropriate behavior
• To prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with law
• For any other reason we deem necessary
Upon termination:
• Your profile will be removed
• You'll lose access to matches and messages
• No refunds for unused subscription time
• We may retain certain data as required by law
Disclaimers & Limitations
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
• Services provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not responsible for user conduct
• Maximum liability limited to the greater of $100 or amounts paid in last 24 months
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• No guarantee of service availability or accuracy
• Not responsible for third-party content or services
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
Legal & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Canadian law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration,
except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your Content
• Your conduct toward other users

• Violations of third-party rights
Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
• Informal Resolution First: Before filing a claim, you agree to send a detailed notice to us and attempt
to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.
• Arbitration Agreement: Except for sexual assault/harassment claims, all disputes will be resolved through
binding arbitration, not in court.
• Class Action Waiver: You waive rights to participate in class actions.
• Small Claims Exception: Claims eligible for small claims court may be brought there.
Sexual assault and sexual harassment claims are exempt from mandatory arbitration.
Background Checks
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BLISS:
• Does not conduct criminal background checks on users
• Does not verify user identities
• Makes no representations about users' conduct or intentions
• Reserves the right to conduct background checks using public records
• May use third-party consumer reporting agencies
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
Prohibited Content & Activities
You agree not to post content that:
• Is offensive, harassing, or causes distress
• Contains nudity or pornography
• Promotes discrimination or hatred
• Encourages illegal activities
• Promotes self-harm or dangerous behavior
• Is defamatory or untrue
• Promotes commercial activities
• Contains malicious code
• Infringes others' rights
• Includes minors without guardian consent
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
Subscription Terms
For California subscribers: You may cancel without penalty within three business days.
External Service Purchases (Apple/Google):
• Must be cancelled through the External Service
• Refunds handled by External Service
• Deletion of app doesn't cancel subscription
Other purchases:
• Contact customer service for cancellation
• Include account details in request
• Send written notice to our address
Regional Terms
Special provisions apply for residents of:
• New York: May place subscription on hold up to one year
• California: Additional consumer rights apply
• Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota: Alternative service options
• International users: Subject to local regulations

Age Verification & Identity
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD to use our Services.
Age Verification:

• False age information will result in immediate termination

Identity Verification:
• Photo verification may be required
• Government ID may be requested
• Multiple accounts are prohibited
• Impersonation is strictly forbidden
Virtual Items & Currency
Virtual Items:
• Are licensed, not sold
• Have no real-world value
• Cannot be exchanged for real money
• May expire or be revoked
• Are non-transferable
• No refunds for virtual items
Virtual Currency:
• Must be used within the app
• Expires after 12 months of inactivity
• No cash value or refunds
• May be modified or discontinued
